We are flying out of here in March, and my mother used them in December with no issues.
However, there have been problems for other flights. Last week, friends were booked on a return flight from Ft. lauderdale. The flight was canceled due to fog. Tis was on Tuesday. They were told the next flight out was Saturday! Instead, paid $800 for two tickets on southwest to Philadelphia. Then took a cab for $100 to Trenton to pick up their car. They said frontier was totally not communicating with the passengers, calls made from cellphones went unanswered with long hold times, and no refunds given.
So, cross your fingers all goes well!
