Treehouse Villas

Is anybody allowed to book these or are they reserved for DVC members only.
Would love to stay in them for a couple of nights one holiday but not sure if I will be allowed.

I am sure that there will be some availability through CRO for booking. Or you could rent points from a Dis DVC'er!

According to the Disney site they are available for $545 per night (per person based on double occupancy). Tried plugging in a few dates for next year but Saratoga was coming up as either unavailable or only studios, 1 BR and 2 BR were being offered.

We have one booked for Dec 5-12 for cash not points. Just this week I was looking at other weeks in November and December and was able to find one available for each week. FYI $545 is the value season price with 20% off with AAA discount.

That's what comes from not double-checking the footnote before posting. Thought it semed a bit high.

we have booked a 2 bedroom villa at saratoga springs for august 2010,
it did not give option for treehouse villas (i think they maybe wait to see if dvc'ers book them first)but i put in same dates for this
year to see if there was any availability and there was.

there is no price difference between 2 bed villa and treehouse so im
hoping next year maybe i will be able to change to treehouse if available.
