I know they sleep 9 but what's the limit on under 3's? We'd possibly have an 8 month old and two 2 year olds with 7 other kids and adults total. Is that allowed? We wouldn't need pack n plays for the 2 year olds, they'd share a bed with us. Thanks!

You can have nine persons plus one under the age of three. So any additional children under the age of three will count towards occupancy.

If you have seven plus two two-yr olds, plus one eight month old, you have nine plus one under the age of three.

We are in a TH right now. I hope you enjoy sleeping close together. They only have full size beds in the bedrooms. Putting two adults and a few two year olds in one bed is a little too cozy for me.

Is that right - no queen beds in the treehouses? Or did you mean no king beds? I hadn't heard that, but I haven't been following the THV stuff too closely yet.

Thanks for the answers! I think we can make it work. :)

FWIW I didn't mean all the two year olds would be in one bed, LOL. I'm pretty sure most beds would only have two people in them, maybe only one will have a third if necessary.

I think the THV's are going to be WAY more comfortable for 6 than they will be for 8-9. With 6, everyone has a real bed; with 9, I think you'd better really take a long, hard look at what kind of sleeping arrangments 3 of those folks are going to have. Two of them will be on a sleeper sofa and one in a sleeper chair. (In OP's case, if some of the kids sleep with the parents, that's better -- but note that both the master bed and the second bed are queens...not kings.)

Also, it matters how many family units you have. Don't forget, you only have two bathrooms and the second bathroom doesn't exactly look spacious.

No King beds. Just two queens, and a queen size sofa-bed, two bunks, and one sleeper chair.

According to the public DVC website's SSR Accommodations page:

Three-Bedroom Treehouse Villa (sleeps up to 9)

In the tradition of Walt Disney himself, these truly unique tree houses offer a sense of adventure and a nostalgic nod to childhood memories — in decidedly deluxe accommodations that include:
  • Master suite with queen-size bed and master bath
  • Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with bunk beds
  • Second bathroom
  • Queen-size sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in living room
  • Flat Panel TV & DVD player
  • Dining area
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Washer and dryer
  • Private deck

They are queens, right?

If you don't like bunks or a sleeper chair or sofa you can always bring blow up beds. I'm a relatively tall adult and I actually found a sleeper chair at a Fairfield Marriott quite adequate. I would expect the same or better quality at Disney.
If you guys think this is cosy you never want to travel in Europe on a budget.

Yes, based on the later posts - they are queens. The PP said "full" but apparently meant "queen". It was confusing because full is a bed size too, but smaller than a queen.

I wish they did 2 twin beds instead of bunks or something. :confused3

You'd need room for a king sized bed to put two twin sized beds in one of these room. There wasn't enough room for a single king sized bed, so no two twins. Just not enough room.

Sorry for the Full size confusion, We just came from OKW and a King Bed. (Plus we have a king at home) I could have sworn these were full size beds, but if the literature says queen, then they must be queen.

As for the ethernet connections, there are two here at the desk, but only one cable in the closet.

When we go in Sept., we will have 6 adults. I think this will be ideal with the number of sleeping options there are. Only two of us are "old" and we get the MASTER.....bwahahahahahah.................:thumbsup2
