Treehouse Villas - Disney world?

Within the article regarding the Contemporary Villas I noticed it stated below but have never heard about it before - any ideas?

"Disney also recently obtained approval to rebuild its little-known Treehouse Villas, a 60-unit community in a heavily forested area of Disney World."
