Tree of Life trails?

I'm referring to the trails around the ToL that you go in to on the right past Pizzafari. The last couple times I've been by those trails, the entrance has been closed. Does anyone know why? I remember someone said there were some branches down or something, but I thought that was several years ago, and the walkway would be open by now. I used to love taking that nice, peaceful walk. If it's not reopening soon, does anyone know of any other similar pathways in AK that might satisfy my desire for such a walk?

I think they have been working on the actual walkways. There is a shorter entrance sort of over by the otter tank. Doesn't go as far around. There is also the entrance/exit on the Asia side next to the exit for Bugs Life.

We have been in that trail last few visits, we like to go watch the kangaroos and that trail is right over them. Not sure you can go all the way through (I feel like something was being done over by the Bugs Life queue end of it) but there was some access.

We were last there in October, and all the trails were open. Always a must walk through.
