Tree lighting 6pm/Ohana's 7pm doable?

Hi! Hope someone can help me! Early in our trip we have a chance to see the Tree lighting ceremony and really want to. At the same time at 7pm we have ADR's for Ohana's. I'm thinking we should be at Ohana's 15 minutes early, will we make it in time?

I'm afraid we are cutting it a little close

If it is the one in MK then you should be able to make it in time. Just get on the resort monorail and get off at the third stop. You will be on the same level as 'Ohana.

However if it the one in Epcot, then you will be pushing it. If you ran out to the parking lot and were able to get through any traffic, you might make it in time but it would be close.

They do hold your ADR for about 15 minutes after your scheduled time but after that you will have to wait.

Are you talking about for your November trip? I think you will be fine from MK, from Epcot I would take a cab just to be sure. Bring a cell phone and have the Checker Cab number on speed dial

Thanks guys, it's at Epcot. I thought maybe it would be pushing it a bit and now I know for sure . I haven't even thought about one at MK, of course there is one there also, doh! A cab really? At first I thought the Monorail would just zip us there but at the same time Epcot is so big and it's a walk to the Monorail. But we would have to change Monorails as well wouldn't we! Didn't think of that one!
