Travelling to WDW with a puppy

Hi everyone,

So we have a 7 month old puppy and driving to WDW. Our puppy will be staying at Best Friends Pet Hotel over Christmas break. I would love to know your experience travelling to WDW with a puppy. How was Best Friends Hotel? Were you able to take your puppy out for short day trips around WDW property and where were dogs permitted?
