llp479, we'd be happy to participate, too. Mine are B/G, going to be 9yo next month. It should be interesting, they have very different preferences, but I'd say their personalities are pretty similar. Feel free to email me the questions, just title it Twins Survey or something so I don't accidentally delete it!
Kristen, you must be getting excited about your trip!
#1DF - FWIW, none of us have ever needed anything for motion sickness on 3 cruises, now. I carried dramamine, sea bands and a script for a scopolamine patch on our first cruise, but never needed any of them. They do keep dramamine tabs outside the clinic door if you need them, Deck 1 (maybe just check with your pediatrician what the normal dose would be for your children should they need it in case the clinic is closed). When my kids were younger, they got kind of

on benadryl so I never gave it to them again until a couple of years ago. It would be a shame if your kids got overly sleepy or hyper during the cruise, especially if they may not need it in the first place (one of those deals where you probably won't know unless you try it). I'd recommend getting them each a set of Sea Bands (sold at drugstores) and put them on them prior to getting on the ship. Tell them the Captain requires them.

I wore them all through the first trimester of my pregnancy for nausea, they really do work. Hopefully that would be enough to stave off any potential seasickness, and then you don't run the risk of them having an adverse reaction to the medication. Should you really need it, you could always give it to them later (though I do believe it works better if given beforehand). Good luck whatever you decide, and have a great cruise!
