Traveling with children that have PKU

I was wondering how hard it is to find resturants at WDW that can accomidate children with PKU?

first off i am a 25 year old living with PKU, second i am also orignally from central NY, about 20 miles outside of Syracuse.. freaky yes


k answer.. mom said that they took me when i was younger and they had no problem at all.. how old is your kid?​

If you follow the link in my signature to the disABILITIES FAQs thread, post #3 of that thread has a lot of information. Under the dietary information, there are links to phone numbers and email to contact WDW. When you contact them, assume they may not know what a PKU diet is and you may need to ask if they have certain things - like low protein bread or pasta.

Further down in the dietary section, you will also find 2 menu links - one is to the restaurant menu page on allearsnet.com and the other is the menu page for wdwinfo.com
Between the 2, you should be able to get pretty up to date menu information. Most of the restaurants do have a much more varied menu than in the past, so if JennMouse32's parents had little trouble feeding her at WDW, you should have an even easier time.

To JennMouse32: We are from Syracuse. We are going down with a group of freinds and family and in charge of making ADRs. The children in question belong to one of the couples we are going down with and are 6(Girl) and 4(Boy).
