So my family( dad, mom, me(15) brother(12)) are going to Disney World from Aug. 27- Sept. 7 with my aunt, uncle, and their children(twins(4) and tripletsn(2)). We are staying offsite, going to Epcot, HS, AK, and SeaWorld once, and Universal and MK twice.

I have made a reservation at The Crystal Palace at 8:10, but am not sure about it. Traveling with all of the kids we can only do one MAYBE two character meals. What other places would you recommend? I would prefer something in the parks. Also for the crystal palace, is it better eating before the park opens? Would we be done by 9:00 when MK opens or will it be later? I am willing to cancel for a better restaurant.

With that assortment of people I would stick with Crystal Palace, it's easy to get too, lots of kid friendly food and the characters are pretty good there. Its alot quieter than Chef Mickey's as well.
OT: I can't imagine traveling with 5 kids under 5!!!

I recommend Crystal Palace as well. My kids choose it over Ohana, surprising me as they are not into Pooh & friends anymore. It was wonderful however. Just a beautiful gorgeous restaurant and we liked the food and the variety of it.

If you have your 8:10 CP scheduled on a day that MK opens at 9am, then the park will be empty when you enter. Great opportunity for photos all the way down Main Street with no other people in them! Just beautiful scenery and the castle behind you! :goodvibes

I think Crystal Palace is a good choice. Seems like there will be plenty of help for the little ones. There is no way your aunt and uncle could do it alone. Hope you have an awesome trip! A good place to see the other characters (Mickey, Minnie, Pluto etc.) is in Epcot at the Character Spot, we always had good luck there.

Ok thanks for the help if we decided to do another breakfast anything you would recommend?

And yup all of us will help the kids and I know they'll love it and though the triplets are two their birthday is September 8, so they will almost be three!

Good heavens!! 5 under 5? Triplets AND twins in the same family!?!?!??!?! WOW!! Lol!

Anyway, I also think an early reservation at Crystal Palace is a wonderful idea....love that place. Characters, food, and atmosphere are terrific.
Tusker House in Animal Kingdom is also a great place. Love the food!!!!! And the characters are a riot. Esp Daisy. :lovestruc

I would recommend Tusker House. Try to get a reservation for 8 so that you are in the park before it opens. You will avoid the big rush at the gate. We actually preferred it to Chef Mickeys on our latest trip. Donald is outside for pictures. Inside you will get Daisy, Mickey, and Goofy.

They have been to six flags before and don't think Tweety, or anything is scary but I'm not sure how they'll react. I'm pretty sure the twins will love them, they understand Disney movies and the characters. Kelsey even asked what the castle was that is shown in the beginning of every movie and is really excited to finally see it. I was looking at the Tusker House when making reservationd but was not sure, I'll have to ask my mom.

But thanks for all of the help! I'm so excited to go!

my 4 yo triplets love Crystal Palace. It's in a convinient place and good food for everyone. I would stick with that restaurant if I was you. even if you are out a few minutes pass 9am, you are still better off then many other people plus which kid doesn't like Pooh and company.

Yea that's what I was thinking. And now thinking about it I'm pretty positive Connor and Maddy will love meeting characters, Karli will probably have to warm up to it, but eventually like it.
