Traveling with 1 yr old

Has anyone travels on the Disney Cruise line with a toddler that is still wearing diapers? .... If so.... were you able to take the cild to the pool wearing the swim diapers?

My son was 9 months at the time we cruised so needless to say he was still in diapers. they have one of mickeys's ears in the mickey pool reserved for children wearing swim diapers. the water is constantly recycled. i'd guesstimate the ear is twice as large as one of those big hard plastic pools you can buy for your patio. the only problem you might run into is having your toddler stay there if he is a confident walker as he won't be allowed in the other parts of the pool.
