Traveling March 22-25 with kids

Hello, My name is brian and we are taking a 9 year old and 18 month old. First question is do under 3 children have to pay? Next are food vouchers (counter service) a good deal at $15 a piece? 3rd question is if using connections,can I sign up for the 30 day period, get the vouchers and then cancel and how long does it take to get the vouchers from them if I go that route?

It is my understadning that under three does not have to pay to get in the parks.

I don't know much about the vouchers - can't help you there

The Connections vouchers went up to $15? I thought they were ~$12!

Under three are also free at all buffets and all you can eat meals including character meals.

I thought $11.25. I think they are a good deal if you drink soda & eat desserts. The meals are large & can be split, so 2 should feed a family of 4.
