Good morning everyone!!!! Now, that was a good nights sleep. I'm ready for an adventure....any thoughts? Where's breakfast? Oh...a nice fruit salad, a Bloody Mary, maybe wheat toast with fresh strawberry jam. Oh what a creative meal....NOT!

I'm going to have one of those hot crew guys we have fix me a ham and cheese omelet, home fries, and fresh squeeze orange juice, and serve it to me in bed. Oh, and some fresh pineapple, too. I deserve breakfast in bed

I also want to know what is in a Bahama Mama. It sounds like such fun to drink. Must definitely come with an umbrella. I need an umbrella drink today.

Bahama Mama recipe

Scale ingredients to servings
1/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Coconut Liqueur
1/4 oz 151 Proof Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lemons
4 oz Pineapple Juice





Combine all ingredients and pour over cracked ice in a collins glass. Decorate with a strawberry or cherry and serve.

Geritol in hand, I thank Ed for that great buffet....everything, and I do mean everything!!!, was wonderful. The crew was, how shall I say this......ah, most 'helpful'. Yeah, that's it...helpful. Being 'old' has it's privileges..."Oh, excuse me young man...could you please help me back to my stateroom?" Ah yes...but I digress.

Nice tour guides. Think I'll go find my own!!! Let's tour!!

I was going to post that picture too. Apparently, we find eco-tours wherever we land and there is a good one here in Freeport. So don those life vests, we're OFF!
