travel vouchers

SIL & BIL are trying to plan a Dis vaca for this summer. BILs work is giving them a travel voucher. Our question is , is it possible to rent point with a travel voucher? Any info would be helpful, as I am still a newbie in regards to actually renting/trading/using points. (have our first vaca on our points planned for July.)

Is the travel voucher through a travel agent? There has to be somewhere specific where it has to be redeemed.

A travel voucher may be used as long as they can find a member willing to accept the voucher as payment.

As DebbieB mentioned, the voucher itself probably describes how it may be used and redeemed.
