Travel Times from Various locations within Disney World

Hi! I am hoping ya'll can help me. I am helping a family plan their first trip to WDW and they were wondering how long to allow for travel from location to location. Does anyone know of an area on the DIS boards where I can find travel times from say ASMovies to Magic Kingdom and from Animal Kingdom to Epcot and such? Thanks a bunch!
