Travel Time to MK/EPCOT

Hi all...how long do you think it would take from where you pay for parking at Magic Kingdom till you reach the turnstiles at park entrance via the riverboat this coming week? I have some relatives staying off property and wondering how long they should allow to get to rope drop in am. I always stay on property so although I know the route, I have no experience in how long that would take. Similarly, how long re:EPCOT?

I think those numbers Robo gave might be a bit on the high side (we stay offsite and do this routine a lot), but to be conservative they may want to allow that time.
