Travel time from ASMo to MK and AK?

Staying at ASMo the week before Christmas and don't want to miss opening ceremony at MK. Would like to arrive at MK (Mon. Dec. 20) no later then 8:25. What time should we get to the bus stop at ASMo to catch a bus to MK? How long of a walk is it from the bus drop off area to the turnstiles? How long is the bus ride?

Also want to arrive at AK (Wed. Dec. 22) at 8:25. What time should we be at the bus stop at ASMo to catch a bus to AK? How long of a walk is it from the bus drop off area to the turnstiles? How long is the bus ride?

Sorry, so many questions.
Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

The bus ride from Movies to MK is about 15 minutes. I would be at the bus area around 7:45. The buses come often but if you just miss one, could be a 10 minute wait or so. Once you are at MK, you will need about 5 minutes to walk to the MK gate.

AK is less of a bus ride, under 10 minutes if I remember. Again, I would be at the bus depot around 7:45 and the walk to the AK gate is around 5 minutes.
