Travel strategy and timing opinions within Disney

This is our schedule so far. Opinions? What is the best way to travel to and from each park to/from our resort and to/from our ADR's? We are staying at CBR. Thanks a ton!

In most cases, with Disney transportation, allow an hour to get to your destination, especially if you have to make a connection. I usually allow 90 minutes if going resort to resort by bus.
1. Bus to EP, bus to resort for break. Repeat for dinner. Monorail to MK. I would not have chosen a 5:30 dinner ADR in EP if I was going to the party. You will likely not even arrive at MK before 7:30 at the very earliest. More likely it will be after 8:00. You can enter MK as early as 4:00 with a party ticket.

2.Bus to EP, bus to resort for break. Bus to MK ( or bus to WL if you are still in Epcot). Boat to WL. Bus to EP. Ideally I would have swapped this ADR with the previous day's dinner to reduce travelling time.

3.Bus.

5.Bus to AK. Bus to resort for break. Bus to MK, then resort launch or monorail to GF. Bus to AK. Again, you're looking at 2 hours just to get to and from your dinner ADR.

6.Bus to MK. Bus to resort for break. Bus to MK and walk to CR. Bus to DHS.

OR you could use Uber or a taxi for any of these, if you so choose.

Our ADRs are usually planned to be in or near the park that we will be in that evening, in order to minimize the amount of time we spend on the bus. But I get that that isn't everyone's priority.

For the Day 1 I would suggest a 3-4pm adr before the party. Perhaps Grand Floridian Cafe or Ohana's and take the resort monorail into the park, fill up before the party and snack later when there.

Without itemizing each day, just in general, I would rearrange so that dinner is at or near the evening park (as Minnie mum suggested).
For example, on day 1, you are eating at San Angel Inn (EP) then going to MK.
Why not switch restaurants or park days on day 1 and 2: eat at San Angel and stay at EP or eat at WCC and then to MK (by boat)?
Also, your dinners are early. Taking a break back to the resort will be difficult.
For example, on day 3 with a 4pm Sci Fi. If you eat lunch at 11a and leave after (~12p). You'll be back at resort around 1-1:30. you will have 1 hour before needing to head to bus station (2:30) to get to park, through the gates and back to Sci Fi for the 4p ADR.
(could also rent a car and save a lot of transport time).

I would swap the meals for days 1 and days 2 to put you more in the locations you need to be. On day 6 I may would do a chef Mickey's brunch when you go to leave for your park break at like 1230 or 1. Then you can go straight to hollywood studios in the evening from your hotel.

Edited to add I agee with PP that your ADRS are early in the afternoons we find the 6pm time frame to be perfect for us. We take our breaks after lunch and try to be on a bus back to the parks by 430/5pm. That gives us plenty of time to get back and gives us a long enough break.

Thanks! These are the places that the group wants to eat and we were shocked that we got all that were on our list. However, we didn't get the days and times that we wanted exactly. I am still looking to modify if they come available on better days/times. Your input is great and really has me thinking!

BTW...we are a group of 6 Adults, 7 kids, and 1 infant. ADR's are for 14.

I would skip SAI on your party night. SAI does nto always run on time, but figure that it does that night. allow at least 90 minutes to get in, order, eat and get out. You are at 7 PM and still not out of WS. You wil be lucky to get to the MK before 8 PM that night. When you consider the cost of the tickets, that is one expensive dinner.
