Travel republic - direct phone no needed for attraction tickets

I am having a real problem with Travel Republic, last friday i tried to buy 3 adult US tickets total cost £231 - put in bank card no. and then seperate screen for bank account password - then up comes a message - this website has encountered a problem. I thought no more of it, checked my online banking and the money was in limbo - taken of available balance but still showing in balance! fine I thought as I had to rush out I will ring them when money no longer in limbo and order on the phone. I did check my emails and nothing recieved no confirmation etc nothing - well today my online statement shows a payment to them of £231, so I rang them to find out why I had not got any emails and they have no record of me using them to buy anything searched by my name, post code and even bank card - they promised me faithfully they would ring back in the next hour so gave them my mobile number - did they ring no, so 3 hours later I rang back told the story again got the same responce no record of you and we will ring you back - I explained that they had already promised to call back and hadnot assured they would defo ring - now 3 hours later still no call back. I have been onto my bank and got transaction number and want to ring them with it but want to ring direct to the attraction ticket dept but can't find a number - can anyone in the disworld help!!!!
