Travel must be completed by 12/25??? I don't think so?

Does anyone know why they added the completed by the 25th thing? I've priced out 12-21 - 12-28 at the same discount as all the other covered weeks.

I guess it means the vacation has to start no later than the 25th? I thought it meant you had to leave WDW before the 25th...

Maybe it means you must complete your arrival by 12/25.

I was on the phone with a VERY nice CM and he said that it meant that you had to check in by the 25th. Unfortunately, the price he quoted me was more than I have with the BRP. (I was hoping for such a great rate that it would be worth it to give up my deposit). Best of luck to others.

I already have a room-only ressie with a AAA discount. I asked my TA to price the package for me for 12/17-12/26. TA said that I could book the package for the first part, but I would have to book 12/25 as a room-only at the holiday rate since travel must be completed by 12/25. I put my dates in on WDW's website last night and it gave me the discount for the entire stay! Because we were already saving around $270 with the room discount and we are planning to buy tickets from Ticketmania, the difference is only $68. Not worth the trouble to change everything.

I was also confused by the term, "travel must be completed by 12/25." Our trip is for 12/24 to 12/28 and I thought that I would not be able to use the code. Called yesterday anyway and Monty my CM applied the code to our existing package and saved me over $400.00!

so, I guess it means you have to check in by 12/25 for it to work!

I just booked this morning directly with Disney for 12/22-1/1 using code YQC and the CM told me it took the code for the whole length of stay.

She didn't think it would because she said the promotion stated that travel had to be completed by 12/25 but tried the code anyway and it worked for the whole stay.

Does anyone know for sure if they will keep my reservation as is with the code for the whole stay or if they will discover some "glitch" that the code wasn't supposed to work for the whole stay and cancel my reservation?

Once you have your reservation, I wouldn't worry too much. My TA said that the code would also work for stays past the 25th provided I was checked in before that date. Of course we ran the numbers and found it cheaper to book the BRP and get tickets through Ticketmania. We cancelled our AAA and switched to BRP. I had checked for BR last week, and found nothing for our dates. Yesterday, they came up, so we are switching.
