Travel insurance

This seems to be a very bad hurricane season. Once a few years ago the hurricane was so bad we lost 3 days off our trip due to flight unavailability, but DVC did not make us pay points for our rooms on the lost days. Their travel insurance only covers your lodging, not your plane tickets, so since they don't make you lose your points anyway if it is a hurricane, it doesn't seem like a good deal (plus it's too late to get it for early October trip, I think.) However, i heard there are other places to get travel insurance that do cover the plane tickets. Any links, suggestions?
