Good morning! First of all, my name is David, I was posting here quite frequently back in 99, then the DIS changed boards at about the same time as I took a break from it, so my post count is back down to nothing
But hello again!
A few months ago, I planned a trip to WDW for September. Well, now it turns out that I may be moving to Orlando for a job! I didn't apply because WDW is there, but that is definitely a perk!
My trip payment is due in a week, so I was curious, if I get the travel insurance, would I be able to cancel, and get a refund, if I happen to get the job? (so far things are looking good, but I don't want to jinx it.)
What if I don't get the travel insurance? Would I be able to get a refund minus the deposit?
Obviously I wouldn't want to use money to stay at a WDW resort + tickets if I end up moving there shortly after the vacation that I originally had planned. I could use that money for moving expenses..... and season tickets!
Any ideas or comments are welcome.
Thank you so much, it's great to be back!

), if you book a package a cancel between 6 - 45 days before your vacation, then you get a refund minus $100. If you cancel less than 6 days, then you get a refund minus $200. I really hope my understanding is correct because we are going the first week of October and I did not purchase
