Travel? Distance and Time

Some friends are going to WDW for the first time this October. They are staying in a villa in Formosa Gardens Estate, Kissimmee.
Does anyone know how far it is to the main theme parks and how much time they should allow for travelling?

I suggest they go to www.mapquest.com and plug in the two addresses to get accurate driving times and directions.
