Hi

What is the flight like with Travel City Direct. My DH, DS (5) and DD (4) fly with them in October. We've booked to sit together. Are we guaranteed to sit four in a row? Are bulkhead seats allocated on arrival or do people pay extra to book them in advance?

Do they give the kids any sky packs or anything to keep them entertained? What is the service like? Is the aircraft ok?

Soooo many questions... Sorry!

Out here enjoying the hot hot sun at the moment and we flew by Travel City Direct on Saturday to get here.

It wasn't the best of journeys as we were delayed by 5 hours, the security doors to the flight deck wouldn't shut, however, I couldn't fault TCD. The crew were very helpful and there were free drinks and snacks whilst we were waiting.

We paid the extra and travelled in Sunshine First which I would thoroughly recommend, a better selection of entertainment and food.

In Economy there is an overhead film screen for the cabin and they showed 2 films and some promotional stuff. The kids didn't get anything special apart from a colouring pad and some pencils and there wasn't the usual amenity pack that I'm used to with Virgin.

I believe you can pre-book seats for an extra cost I would't have thought they would separate a family.
