Travel Channel Disney shows

Thanks to those of you who have posted information and airtimes for the various Disney related shows. I implore you to keep it up. We recorded all of the shows last week on our Dish Network DVR but had only found the time to watch one of them. Last night, got an error message about the receiver's hard drive, which had to be wiped clean to take care of the problem. We lost all of the shows.

While losing the shows in the grand scheme of things is not so bad (better than losing our upcoming vacation), DS8 was practically in tears.

Hope we will have another chance to catch the shows and we are counting on our DIS friends to help. Let this also serve as a warning to anyone else using DVR or TiVo...it is still technology, which isn't perfect.

Aw, bummer! I've missed some of the Disney shows, but I'm sure they'll repeat them. I just wish they'd replace all the poker shows with Disney ones!!

Usually every commercial break, they do a bit about whatever city/casino they are in. So there are some travel tidbits there.

Well maybe they should have a Poker Chanel with shows about travel destinations with bits about poker during the commercial breaks.

Last night we watched Full House at Disneyworld, then Roseanne at Disneyworld. I was in heaven!

I know some of the shows are coming up again on the Travel Channel. If you do a search for "Disney" on The Travel Channel website, it gives you a nice listing

I always search the travel channel for "walt disney world". Under the TV listings it does give dates for April for several shows. I am just upset that we missed the Wilderness Lodge on Great Hotels. Anyway good luck I know there are scheduled shows for April

Just had to chime in here about the poker shows on Travel Channel. I hate them. TC used to be one of our favorite channels to watch, but lately it has been nothing but poker and Las Vegas. Glad to see I'm not alone about this!

Would someone be kind enough to video tape these shows and send them to a fellow Disney freak? We canceled TV (since the Disney channel and Saturday Morning cartoons was all we watched and couldn't justify paying $40 a month for it), but these are the rare things we miss about it!
