Travel Brouchures

Help - I am working on planning a road trip to New York/New Jersey from Wisconsin - Driving and I am looking for Freebies!!! Free Travel Information and Brouchures and having a hard time.... I know most states have at least a state wide booklet they will send out but having a hard time finding them...

Looking for info on IL, OH, IN, PA, NJ, NY (and other close locations) we are looking for fun things to do on the way or way back and things to do in NY & NJ... thanks!!!!!

Oh we will be traveling with 2 60+ year old adults, 1 33 yr old Adult, and 1 7 year old DD.

I find the most helpful information when on road trips in the AAA Tour Books. They are much better than state travel guides because they give you prices and hours of operation of attractions. You have to be an AAA member to get them free though.

I've requested travel brochures online before - Google for each state's office of tourism website and most allow you to request information by mail.

They will send you a great book on Ohio attractions/areas. I believe the order form pops up right away on their site (if not, it is in the middle of their home page). We live in Ohio and pick one up every year for new ideas.

You can order a free Jersey Cape Guide for a little info. They start mailing end of February.

I was going to check there - but we live in tiny town Iowa so if they have something it will probably be from the 50's.. LOL I honesly do love our little lib but its small
