If you can transfer it you would get the credit from Costco, but it's a Costco card not a DCL credit. DCL has tightened up transferring so I don't know the new rules.
The ONE time I used a Disney TA they were so "not on top" of the situation that to get ANY action I started copying the agency owner on emails. And that still took four requests to change dining and three requests to drop the DCL transfers. If I had wanted something special I am sure that would have been impossible. I learned. I won't risk it again.
