My DH just booked a week stay in London for the last week of March, 2009. We'd like to take the chunnel to DLParis. I'm completely uneducated when it comes to European travel. What do I need to do to get from London to DLParis?? I really don't want to rent a car.

TIA!

Personally I'd suggest the Eurostar from London St Pancras International direct to DLRP. That's by far the easiest way.

Wow -- thanks for the quick & easy answer. I also got to thinking, how difficult is it to get to other Paris sites from DLParis?? We're a family traveling, mom & dad w/2 teenagers. I really don't know how much we want to see, I'm sure we only have time for a "taste". Eiffel Tower of course, major art, . . . .probably only have a day to spend in Paris.

Any suggestions??

Yeah, that's easy too.

Basically at the Train Station that you get off at in DLRP you can catch an RER train right into the center of Paris.

Alternativly check out the Hotel New York, they run excursions into Paris by coach from there too.
