I normally don't plan to watch it - but I get sucked into it if it's on.

However, just to drive DH bonkers, I DVRed it and plan on watching it when I work out this week. The reason it will drive him bonkers is that we got picked to be a Neilsen TV Family this week and anything we watch on TV has to go down in the journal -- He's embarrassed that "The Bachelorette" will be included as part of our household's official TV viewing. Hee hee.

He's pretentious. I can't imagine him lasting long. I think she just kept him around out of curiosity. (And I *CANNOT BELIEVE* I watched enough of this show to be able to comment on this!)

The mask thing is just a tad creepy for me. I do get trying to stand out a bit and maybe even making a statement, but this just has weird written all over it.

I do not watch Bachelor or Bachelorette, but I am still cheering for Ashley. She is from Madawaska in the very northern part of Maine. This is the French / Acadian area that my guy is from. Bordering Canada, it is an area not many people visit.

I agree about the mask guy. It's one thing showing up in it, so that her *first* impression isn't of how he looked. But he should have taken it off as they got to talking, and never put it on again. Continuing to wear it is a bit psycho if you ask me.

And not to belittle anyone's pain, but if the previews are accurate, and the one she's drawn to is Bentley, who she was WARNED was not sincere? What is it with women being drawn to the bad guy? I gotta say, she has no-one to blame but herself again...

I told myself I wasn't going to watch it this year but the DVR recorded it so I figured it was fate. I HAD to watch.

The mask guy is too wierd.
I can't believe she kept Bentley.

And wasn't that Tim guy a liquor distributor? Guess he felt like he had to check out all the liquor at the party. I couldn't believe how drunk he got.

It's shaping up to be an interesting season.
