Trash and Towel Service and Full Cleaning?

Okay, I'm confused. Something must have changed since our last extended stay. We thought we would get Trash and Towel service on the 4th day but we got a full cleaning. Then I thought maybe they switched and we would get T&T on the 7th day and we got nothing.

Can someone please tell me what the schedule is supposed to be? I searched dvcmember.com, but couldn't find anything.

If you are staying more than 7 nights, your first service will be a full cleaning on day 4 with T&T on day 8.

On dvcmember.com, you would have to go to Resort Services for one of the resorts to see the cleaning schedule.

To expand on Diane's answer, on stays of less than 7 nights you will get T&T on day 4.

Sorry to but in the post but interested in this too - Do they count the arrival day as day 1 or is the following day day 1?

Your arrival day is day 1. If you check in on Sunday, your 4th day is Wednesday.

We check in on Thurs so full clean on sunday followed by T&T on the following Thurs and we then leave on day 12 so we won't get any more room service after T&T on day 8?

That is correct. You will get a full cleaning on day 4 and T&T on day 8. If you were staying longer than you are, the cycle would repeat with another full cleaning on day 12, T&T on day 16 and so on. Since you are checking out on day 12, your last service will be the T&T on day 8.

If you stay 7 nights or less, you get trash and towel on day 4. If you stay 8 nights or more, you get full cleaning on day 4, trash and towel on day 8.

If you stay 7 nights, you get a full cleaning on day 8, but you won't get to experience that clean villa because they will be cleaning it for the next guests and you will be gone on day 8.
