OK DWD Pro's I need your help!!!!!!
I am going to DWD in Nov. and I am staying at Port Orleans
Is there a bus that can take me to Universal and back again at night?

No, you would have to arrange private transportation or figure out a way to take Orlando public transportation (which you can pick up - the Lynx bus - at the Ticket/Transportation Center). (Just thinking - maybe the Lynx bus stops @ DTD as well, but I'm not sure).

As you might expect, Disney does not provide rides to places outside WDW except to/from the airport.
