Is there a place on the transportation forum to find out the location of the different resort at the parks

If you mean the resort bus stops at each park, no, not really. Why? Because they are not etched in stone. They can, and do change. So, if you are told that the bus stop for Pop is one of the first stops at DHS, that would be correct, but it may not be correct 3 months down the road.
And, there is no system involved. A resort that is at the park end of the bus stop at one park, can very well be at the very end at another park.

This is correct. They don't seem to change often, but they do change. Every park has a board that tells you what stop # is for each resort though, and the drivers will usually mention it as well as they drop you off at the parks.
