I plan to book a town car for myself on the return. Would I be able to book a roundtrip but have my sister use the first half with her family and I use the return?

That's a question best posed to the specific town car company. Each company may have it's own policy.

Is you sister leaving from the same place you will be going back to?

Yes it would be MCO - PORT night before the cruise and PORT to MCO return after cruise.
