Transportation to the Expo for Wine and Dine?

I might have missed this in other threads (if so, pls point me to the post!)

But,

How does one get from, say, POR, to the Expo on the Friday Sep 30?
Are there regular buses there or ?

POR is a host hotel for the wine and dine 1/2 so yes they will have busses to the expo on Friday We're staying at POR too!

I'm at Goal with WeightWatchers (40 lbs off! The last 5 were the slowest, but I really took my time with it, don't ever want to see any of those pounds again!)

I'm trying to make my plans now, in prep for making ADRs.
Do you know which other resorts/parks/yada yada will have buses to the Expo?
...I'm thinking I (or we, depending if the other 2 of my party will go to the Expo or not) would be spending the AM at EPCOT, and head back there after the Expo.

I'm thinking it might take 30-45 mins to get there, and I might spend 1-2.5 hrs there....for a total time of 2-4 hrs. Does that sound logical to you?

(I'm just doing the 5k.... having NEVER ran in Florida heat/humidity, I figure I'd just do the 5k this year)
