Transportation to non-Disney SoCal locations

So I think we figured out about getting from the airport to the hotel and back. We'll be able to walk from the hotel to the Disney parks, and Downtown Disney. Depending on when we go (we won't be picking the week) this summer, if the Angels are in town we'd like to see a game there. We're also interested in going to the beach, it looks like Huntington beach is the closest? We really do not want to rent a car and drive in California. Would there be any way of getting transportation to the Angels stadium, the beach, or into Hollywood from the downtown disney area besides a cab?

To the Angels game - ART route #15 or OCTA #50 (or taxi)

To the beach - OCTA bus or a beach tour

To Hollywood - Grayline or Amtrak/Metrolink
