Transportation to & from port

Any recommendations for port transfers? We have 4 of us needing transportation from Bay Lake Tower to the port. Than we need 2 separate transport on 2 different days for 2 people (one back to MCO and then the other day 2 people back to WL). Thanks in advance.

You can take the DCL transfers. We however used Southern Elegance for our transfers from the Port to the Hard Rock Hotel and from the Hard Rock to the airport. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them!

DCL transfers would probably work best for your group. Plus using Disney transfers, the port arrival time is not really a big deal, since you get let in when your bus arrives. Definitely the least amount of hassle and stress to just use the Disney bus.

I'm not following the "on 2 different days" part...? Is that a typo, and it's just that your party is splitting post-cruise with 2 going to MCO and 2 back to WDW? DCL Transfers are only offered on the actual embarkation and debarkation days of your cruise. If you need transport on another day you will have to use private car service, Uber/Lyft or a car rental.

Yes …my husband and I are doing a B2B but our adult kids are doing the 1st cruise with us. So we need a ride all together for 1st cruise the. At end of that cruise they need to be picked up to go to airport. Then my husband and I will do our 2nd cruise and need transport back to WL when we disembark

It sounds like Disney Transportation could easily handle that. In the age of testing, I like that Disney Transportation gets rid of your reliance on Port Arrival Time for your tests. So that could be a bonus!

But, I also don't see any reason why ubers or any hired cars wouldn't be able to figure that out either with a little explanation.

I think DCL transportation would be your best option and it would probably be easiest to call and explain it. I'm kind of assuming maybe all 4 of you are on one reservation for the first cruise so it's probably best to explain to Disney what you need on the phone so they can make it happen.

Four pax BL to PortC on Date A
Two pax Port C to MCO on Date B
Two pax Port C to WL on Date C

If using Disney transfers, make one-way transfers for each leg - attached to their respective cruise stateroom reservation.

If using private transfers or doing mix and match with Disney, still pretty straight forward.
