Transportation to Downtown Disney

Hi we are going to be staying at Conanado Springs at the end of October and have a Business meeting at a Downtown Disney area Hotel at 9 am

What time does the Disney transportation start from the Coranado start to DD??

That may be an issue. There may be buses running that early, but I wouldn't count on it. You would really need to be on a bus by around 8-8:15ish in order to get to DTD and then walk over to your desired hotel in time for a 9am meeting. The buses to DTD, from resorts, really don't start running regularly until around 9ish.
I would really just take a cab over, rather than take a change on the buses.

Take a cab. It will run you about $20. You can take the bus after the meeting, though.
