transportation to character breakfast

Hi Everyone

I know this has been asked before, but how do you get to an early PS at PSB (Epcot)? Do the busses start running early?

I don't officially have PS's yet (I can call on Thursday) but I was thinking, maybe I'll have to make later reservations. I was hoping to get an early PS, just so that we don't have to miss out on valuable park time!

BTW, we are staying at OKW.

I understand that there are special "Breakfast" buses running for this purpose. I don't know what kind of loop the buses are on but I'm sure others will have more info for you.

In February we were staying at POR and had early reservations for the PSB at Epcot.

To be sure we would arrive on time and to avoid possible bus problems we took a taxi. Just as we were leaving POR in the taxi an EPCOT bus arrived so we realized we had made a mistake. To make matters worse, when we arrived at EPCOT in our taxi they would not let us in so we sat in the taxi for 15 minutes while we waited for the parking lot to officially open.

We tried to explain to the less than pleasant woman at the gate but she refused to listen to reason and even told us that no resort busses were allowed in either even though we could clearly see them driving into EPCOT plus when we finally did get to the restaurant, numerous other people were already there who had arrived from various resorts via the Disney bus system.

This was the most disturbing experience we have had at WDW, but we didn't let it get in the way of our having fun. Just goes to show that despite the magic, Disney is a big corporation with a few dumb policies.
