transportation to breakfast reservations

I'm sorry if this is answered somewhere else, but I couldn't find it....

We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and have booked a few character breakfasts around 7:40....I know we will have to take buses to get there, but I just read that the buses start running 1 hour before the parks open...If we are leaving from AKL to go to O'hana, 1900 Park Fare and Cape May Cafe, will we make it to our reservation in time? Thanks!

While we never had reservations that early, you should still be okay. I have heard that they start running a little earlier than that but things can always change. A couple of times, my husband and I took a cab to our breakfast just so that we could sleep in a little.

How do you arrange for a cab? Do you just contact the front desk and ask them to call for you? This would be good when we're in a hurry.
