It takes about 15-25 minutes to get to any park, except the Magic Kingdom. That one's about a half hour or so. I usually travel in the off-season, so it's not as busy. It may take you a little longer when there's lots of traffic on the roads.
But basically, there's a designated stop at your hotel (ask at the front desk....I can see it in my mind, but I can't begin to tell you where exactly it is!

). The bus will pull up, and will be marked clearly as to which park it is going to. When the bus for the park comes along that you want to go to, just climb aboard! They reserve the right to ask for your room key as identification as a guest, but I've never once been asked to show mine. I think the Wyndham is either the first or the second stop, but the bus will stop at each hotel on Hotel Plaza Boulevard.
They will then drop you off at your park in the parking lot where all of the non-Disney, tour busses go. Remember which space the bus is in, because that's where you'll get the bus back to your hotel. All of the parking lots are fairly close to the gate, except the Magic Kingdom. You will be dropped off at the Ticket and Transportation Center.
They will tell you what the running schedule of each bus is as they drop you off. If they don't, be sure to ask the driver before you leave.
Then, when it's time to come home, go back to the space where the driver parked when he dropped you off, and get back on. Once again, the bus will stop at all of the Downtown Disney hotels. Just be sure to get off at the Wyndham.
That's all, nothin' to it! There's also busses to the Water Parks (never used them....ask at the front desk for detailed information on them), as well as a Downtown Disney bus in the evening.
Have a wonderful trip!
