Transportation time from Airport to ADR

After much searching I was finally able to get a ADR for CRT. The one issue is that I am worry about timing. We are supposed to arrive in orlando at 9:30am and we are staying at CSR. Our ADR for CRT is at 12:20pm. How long does it normally take the Magical Express to go from the airport to a resort. Is the 2 hours and 50 mins enough time you think to be able to make our ADR. I hope people are able to put my mind at ease and we can actually make this ADR.

I feel like it could be potentially tight. Best case scenario it will take 90 minutes. But that is assuming everything goes smoothly. For me, that would really stress me out.

In fact, I ended up making my first nights dinner reservation through Open Table for Raglan Road (7:00 pm reservation) and we are arriving at 12:00 pm. I was afraid that something might happen with our flight and I didn't want to get stuck paying the cancellation fees if something happened.

I believe with CRT you would be responsible for paying for the meal whether you made it or not.

There is no way I would book CRT for arrival day. There are just too many possible delays and you will pay for the entire meal whether you show up for it or not. I wouldn't risk it.

Even if there are no delays, 2 hours and 50 minutes will be tight.

Here's a pretty good breakdown, assuming that your flight is on time:

9:30 plane lands
9:45 you get off the plane
11:00 you arrive at CSR
11:30 you're at the bus stop at the hotel
11:45 you get on a bus to MK
12:00 you arrive at MK
12:20 you arrive at CRT

Keep in mind that this is a best case scenario. There could be significant delays at any of these points.

Are you willing to eat the fee if you miss the meal? Remember, CRT is the full cost of the meal and not just $10 per person. Can you afford that?

No way in heck would I risk it. I can't afford to throw away that kind of money if things didn't work out.

If your flight arrives, on-time, at 9:30, you should be at CSR by 11ish. BUT...that could change to 11:30! The average time, from gate to resort, is about 80 mins at the moment. Some have had longer times..so be prepared. If you are held on the plane longer due to there not being a gate for the plane open, and then it takes forever to get off the plane, and then you have to wait for the tram to get there. When you get to DME the bus to your resort just pulled away, so you wait for 20 mins for the next one. Then you could sit on the bus for 15 or so mins, then the 30 mins drive. Could be longer depending on what the resort order of drop off is. So, you could possibly be arriving at CSR closer to noon...probably won't happen, but it could.
Then, checkin at the resort, and immediately head to MK. You would need to be at MK by 12:10 so you can get in and over to CRT. It could be very tight.
