Transportation recommendations

I need to plan now because after canceling our first time back in 20 years trip 2x's 2022 seems so far away...
We are 5 adults plus at least 7 pieces of luggage plus 5 backpacks.
We need transportation from MCO to Hardrock (for 1 night) then Hardrock, grocery stop to (praying) POFQ or CBR (May 2022).
What would you recommend?

It depends on how extravagant you want to go ( and I'm assuming you don't want to rent a minivan ):

• Mears Shuttle will be around ( replacing Magical Express ) but I'd think they would have shuttle service to UO also. Pros: everyone on 1 bus, easy on, easy off. Cost should be pretty economical. Cons: You may have to wait until the shuttle fills up. You may also have multiple stops.
• Taxi - Pros: Can be set up prior ( Mears has 'luxury' vans or you could split into 2 taxis ). It's a mid priced option. Cons: More expensive than Uber/Lyft
• Limo - Pros: Room and Comfort, arrive in style. Cons: Most expensive of the options.
• Uber/Lyft - Pros: Economical private option. Cons: Depending on arrival time it may be hard to get a minivan.

From Hard Rock to Disney it would be Taxi, Limo, Uber/Lyft.

Shared shuttle charges by the person. For 5 people a car service should be cheaper and a better experience. Check with FL TOURS, Tiffany towncar and maybe Tony hind.
I'm not sure if you need a suv or a van.

Car service companies in Orlando don't just operate limos. SUV and vans are popular. They will cost less then shared shuttle, typically for 3 or more. Probably cost less then taxi. Uber your gambling on price and availability

My recommendation would be Tony Hinds. Him and his drivers drive 12 passenger vans and will meet you at baggage claim and assist with luggage. They include a 30 minute complimentary grocery stop as well.

We've used him for airport pickup to Hard Rock, then from Hard Rock to Port Canaveral, then from Port Canaveral to the airport and he gave us one all-inclusive price that included each leg. His pricing is generally on par with taxis or other private car service, but may be slightly more than shared shuttles.
