Transportation questions

I am planning on renting DVC points in Feb. As a renter of points can I use Disney's magical express and Disney transportation? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yes, both the magic express and WDW transportation is available to any and all guests at any WDW resorts.

DVC resorts are WDW resorts.

with the magic express you will need to tell the person you rent from the information - name, airlines, flight #, etc.
