what is the best way to get to Yacht Club from AK and the from Yacht club to HS?

From AK: Take the bus from AK to the Yacht & Beach Club. (Just look for the designated load zone at AK).

To HS: you could either walk (it's about a 15 min casual walk) or you could take the boat from the resort to HS. Which could take 15-20 mins.

Take the bus from AK to Yacht Club.

from Yacht club to HS?

Take the Friendship boat from the dock in front of the Beach Club
or
Walk. There is a path around Crescent Lake past the Boardwalk Inn and along the walkway to DHS.

The walk can be faster, especially if there is no boat at the YC/BC dock, but the boat ride is relaxing and saves your feet since there is plenty of walking in DW so for us it is worth waiting for the boat.
