Transportation question Pop to GF

We have a 4:40 reservation at GF and we are taking a mid-afternoon break at our hotel (Pop), what time do we need to catch the bus (and we need to bus to MK, right???) in order to get to the GF on time (at least by 4:15)...

Where at GF?
Let's work backwards:
Time allowance in case you justmiss MK bus: 20 minutes
Bus from Pop to MK: 25 minutes
Walk from bus to monorail: 10 minutes (generous)
Monorail from MK to GF: 20 minutes
20 + 25 + 10 + 20 + 15 = 1 hour 30 minutes
However, if you are going to Narcoosee's, or if there happens to be a Poly/GF launch loading when you walk to the monorail, the boat ride is about fifteen minutes, and the walk from the dock to the main building is about ten minutes.
20 + 25 + 10 + 15 + 10 + 15 = 95 minutes
20 + 25 + 10 + 15 + 15 = 85 minutes

So, 3:15 or 3:30
