Transportation Frustration

Hi all sorry to hear about the busses. we were at the cabins at fort wilderness last month sept 8-17th with my grandmother who was in a wheelchair she's 84 and is mending a broken hip. what we experienced with the busses was that they were very careless in secureing the wheelchair, a few times she began to roll, several times my mother and I would make sure that she was secure as the busdriver went back to his seat, she was only seatbelted a handful of times :scared1: These bus drivers really need to be retrained on how to safely secure a wheelchair, thank goodness she didn't get hurt. But all in all she had a blast as this was her first time going to disney world and can't wait for next year:banana:
