Transportation from the airport?

I just booked two nights at the Renaissance Seaworld. Do they offer transportation to the hotel from the airport the way Disney does or should I plan on taking a taxi?

Also, I need to rent a car after my two nights. Need suggestions for good rental car company that is closeby. We're heading down to Fort Myers for a few days and then driving back to end with 6 nights at Disney and getting the Disney transportation back to the airport. So, really I just need the car for the in between days.

The don't offer a free shuttle. We took a cab in Dec and the taxi fare was around $40. Also, keep in mind that they charge 18 self-parking and 24 for valet. Hybrid vehicles valet for free.

Hertz has on site rental desk, I don't recall anything else close by. I lived in the apts. next door for two years.
