Transportation from resorts to parks. Anyone know how long?

I have heard that it takes an hour and a half to get from POP Century to MK. This worried me greatly.

I have been thinking about taking the bus to Epcot and then the monorail to MK.

Does anyone have a better or more accurate time frame?

Thank you. I really appreciate the help.

It takes about 20 minutes once you load on the bus. I have never had to wait that long to get anywhere from Pop Century!

I agree with the other replies. 20 minutes at the most. I stayed at POP 2 weeks ago. I had to wait twice for the bus that I considered long, but it was not so long that my DD3 was upset. Once was in the middle of the day going to the parks (sorry can't remember which one) and once was leaving MK at 11pm. They had 2 buses running though that night.

I agree. 20 minutes tops! The only complaint I have of the buses is that there was a lot of standing only buses we were on. This is hard to do with a 4 yr old that can't keep her eyes open. But most of the time people were very good about giving up their seats so I could sit with her. Also check out this webite www.ourlaughingplace.com. It gives you a general idea of how long it takes to get to certain destinations. I found it to be pretty accurate.

Well, I agree with the others: by direct bus, maybe 20 mins. The only way it could take 90 mins is by the alternate route suggested, or maybe via DTD.

Don't worry. They have an interest in getting you there so you can spend money. pirate:

No bus transportation from any resort to any theme park within WDW will take more than about 20 minutes. Disney also has extra buses running at the peak times to speed things along. No need to go to Epcot and transfer to the monorail unless that is something you really want to do to see the area. It would take a lot longer than the bus from Pop.
