Transportation from Poly to US/IOA??

We are thinking of taking a day trip to US/IOA and I'm trying to figure out the cheapest route. I'm also not really sure what way is the easiest, so if anyone can help me with this.. I would really apprecitate it

I'm leaning more towards a shuttle bus from the Poly... can anyone tell me how to go about booking this, and about how much it costs?? Also, what times do they pick you up?

Or, maybe renting a van? But then we would have to factor in the carseats.... Uuuggghh....

We are a party of 11: 6 adults 2 children and 3 infants(under age of 3)

Mears does run a shuttle...I believe it's about $20 pp, r/t, but I could be mistaken. It has to be booked the day before. You tell them about what time you want to get to US/IoA and they will give you a pickup time. When it's time to go back, you either make prior pickup time arrangements or you can call them (Mears) a few hours beforehand to get the p/u time.
For that many people though, it may make more sense to rent a van, or possibly two minivans.

Thanks, that's good to know. It seems like it would be much easier to use the shuttle bus at the resort, but would you happen to know how much it would cost for a minivan??
