Transportation from MCO

We are considering a trip to Universal in January or February of 2011. We have been to WDW several times at that time of year and have taken the Magical Express. I understand that Universal does not have a similar service. What is your opinion on the best way to get too and from the airport? We are planning on staying 3 nights and don't plan on going offsite, so I don't think a rental car would be necessary, but I am not sure if a shuttle or taxi service would cost just as much.

Parking costs $15/night at the onsite hotels. So make sure you figure that into any rental car estimates.

A cab will run you about $100 return.
